There's one up on eBay right now ( seller tony5130 ) but you will have to cut the as manufactured VC cover off it and get the needed replacement from Weber and glue it on.

That one is a much lower wattage speaker than what I need for a replacement. But thanks for giving me the info. The one I need is below

I was checking here in Denver and to keep the original looks it is much cheaper to recone the original speakers. Cost is around sixty bucks for a twelve inch speaker !

I can't recone if the magnet is missing. That is the big issue. The speaker I have shown is the good one. The bad one the entire magnet is gone.
