My K200 A5 head has lost it's reverb driver. The reverb return pre-amp seems fine...when I bounce the tank, plenty of thuderstorm sounds.
The main site doesn't seem to list a manual or schematic. I'd pay for a service manual, if I could find one. Just a schematic would be quite helpful.
Any suggestions? I'm guessing Steve probably knows of the top of his head what parts usually fail to cause this. I'm just thinking dried out cap, or failed driver transistor.
I'd also like to update the parts (pre-amp transistors) some, to reduce the hiss.
BTW, I'm new here...this is an absolutely fantastic site!!!
Thanks,
Dave O.

Steve:
There was another guy asking for the same schematics last week...I think you sent them to him. I didn't post my fax number, but here it is...
5,73 --- 2 43-- 6266
(broke it up a bit to keep automated phone number search machines from finding it so easilly).
Which transistor types and brands have you had the best results with for reducing the ever-present K200 hiss?
Thanks!!!
