Will the K150-2 footswitch work for K200A-4? I hope this isn't a real dumb question!

I'd say no. The K200A-4 uses a 4 pin XLR connector and has 4 switches. The K150 series use a 1/4" stereo plug.

Is your XLR a four or a six pin plug? I don't remember any of the slant metal face K150 amps that used the lighted two button footswitch. The early K250-2 slant metal face amps used a lighted two button XLR plug footswitch and kustom phased out the lighted two button switches for the simple two button 1/4" stereo plug footswitch. If you have the lighted footswitch the pin arranagement is Pin 1 is ground, Pin 2 is Red + voltage, Pin 3 is white trem/vib, and Pin 4 is green reverb.

Mine is the metal lighted 2 button switch which I think came original with the K150-2 with the 1G-1H cab. The rig was mint when I bought it(still is)and they said the foot switch was original to the amp.

Getting back to your original question. Your lighted footswitch will not work with the K200A-4 head. The wiring arrangement in the plug won't match the K200A-4 footswitch jack. The A4 makes its ground throught the casing of the plug. On your lighted two button footswitch the ground is pin 1.
It could be adapted by re wiring the plug, but the lights won't work. You would be better off to make a 4 button footswitch and leave the lighted footswitch for your K150-2 head.
