Get low rumble hash when no input full volume.When instr plugged in more
hi end hash with instr full volume disappears when volume off. Measurements on se4002 c 7.02 e -1.1 b -6.5 any ideas?

Just from the noise you describe It would seem that the first or second transistor off of that preamp boards input jack(s) is going bad.
I would replaced them both in one shot since there cost is under 25 cents.

There is also a 33 uf Tantalum blocking cap feeding the volume pot that could be going leaky and suspect too.
In general all the Tantalum caps in the amp are of the age where they will be going fully south if not we'll on the way already!
