All effects work on my K200B2. It will sound good until it warms up. Then it will start making this static, rumbling sound. It's not external radio interference but something internal. It will come and go or it could go on for minutes at a time. It will do this with reverb and tremelo controls off and everything turned down with no guitar plugged in or with guitar plugged in and everything on and volume up, it doesn't seem to make any difference. Also it's common for the volume to drop after playing for a while, still there but quite a bit lower than the starting point. It will do the volume trick with or without the static going on. I've got a feeling these to phenoms could be related but have no tech experience to diagnose it. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

It sounds like the problem is not related to either channel which means it it being produced in the Driver/Output stage, or the Power Supply.
It could be just something as simple as a bad solder joint, or a semiconductor/Transistor breaking down.
Looks like either way you are going to need the talent of a repair tech
