The listing doesn't say, but don't those look like Altec 15s? If you're near that location, that seems like a pretty good price, even if it is a bit road-worn. If they're really Altecs and in good shape, the speakers alone are worth twice the price of the whole rig, I would think.

It's a bit of a drive for me, and I don't have room for it, otherwise, I'd be very interested.

I saw those earlier in the week and judging by the voice coil dome size they could only be Altec's in those cabinets!

Just 2 of those drivers no less everything else is worth the asking price!
I too wish I lived closer!

So those would likely be Altec 421-A speakers, right? How do those compare with the 421-8H? I used to play bass through a couple of 421-8Hs in home-made cabinets, and I really liked them.

I looked at speakers and they are Altec's in the cabs. Kustom used the Altec 418 guitar speakers in the guitar and PA cabs.

So Kustom used the 418 drivers and not the 421 driver in those cabinets with the later type sectoral horns?

Were those sectoral horns the same Altec 811Bs used in the Voice of the Theater A7 systems?
