Can someone please tell me what the input on the back of my amp is for. It says "To Tape Record".

It's a unbalanced signal output jack.

It can supply about 3 volts of signal level to a old time tape recorder or to a power amp.

In terms of feeding a power amp since you would be going in to the amp unbalanced you would only have enough drive signal to push the power to about 1/2 its full rated output wattage.

You could also concider this output from the amp a effect send, so you could then go out of a effect , pad it down and go back into the second channel of the Kustom if you where not using it.

I just tried using this on a 200B-1 for a direct out to my Midas board. I used one channel of an old Rane direct box that has 2 RCA in and is transformer balanced to 2 XLRs. It works great. I though it might be noisy but its not.
