Kustom K150-8 Amp Effects [message #29265]

Hi folks,

I have a Kustom 150-8 amp, one of the effects is "Trem-Vib". It basically just sounds like tremelo to me, was there a way to get a true "vibrato" out of it, or was that just a marketing gimmick?

No, no gimmicks.

The PC5068. Effects board when working right can produce vibrato ( pitch bend ) also .

Your board most likely has some electrolytic type caps on itt that are failing

Thanks, Steve! I knew that you'd come to the rescue! If it were working, I take it that it would engage after I turned the control past noon?

While I'm here, what do the various numbers mean after the model number, i.e. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8?

The Tremolo and Vibrato section of the amp, The speed control is a pull out for Vibrato, and push in for Tremolo.
