i have just got this amp. After playing for 5-6 minutes it will start making a loud static noise when you play a note. It may do this for 10 15 seconds then clear up. Afew minutes later it will repeat this. any help where to start?

The problem here is that noise could be coming from anywhere in the amp.

Try and isolate the troubled circuit by seeing if the problem is only on one channel, or is it changed by the volume or tone controls, etc.

If you look at the pc boards in your amp, there will be numbers on the foil side, something like PC5066. Tell us the numbers and we will try and supply you with the correct schematics.

Let us know what you find out.

The Kasino Concert lead model is a sister to the Kustom Lead lll amp. The first thing I'd check is the molex connector plugs. These plugs are the most common place to start checking. I'd clean the contacts and make sure they are making a good connection.
