Well I finally got to use the challenger I restored in a full band rehersal last night and I stand corrected in a comment I made a while back "Plexy face amps are just better sounding than the slant metal face ones". This little challenger was warm, loud and clean. I had no problems what so ever to cut through the mix on leads. It is a good fit to my arsenal of Kustom amps and I'm going to use it at the next gig to give it the real test. Steve C

Awesome! I run mine into a DI box and into the PA system, I use the amp for my monitor and the PA really spreads the sound out very nicely. Nothing wrong with a Challenger on stage for sure! I am glad you like it.
