I have a non working Stereson that I bought as a Novelty because it is a Kustom "Ripoff". Not actually tuck and roll but a padded sparkle material with some random stitching in it. Made in Florida, mine is an upright 2x12 combo and I think it may be a Rebel II. It also has a large Name badge centered in the cabinet between the speakers. I pulled the head and looked inside once to see much smaller caps and transformers than a Kustom and built from much cheaper material. It waits silently in my garage unnoticed, unplayed and unloved.......BC Cool

Maybe not up to the Kustom standard of excellence, but a sharp looking amp, nonetheless. Very unusual, too - I've never heard of or seen one. A quick Google search turned up virtually nothing on it, except for Greg's specimen. Are those casters on the speaker cab? Greg, could you get a picture of it standing upright, the way it appears to have been made to be?

They certainly look enough like a vintage T&C Kustom with the knobs, logo badge sahpe and all that if they where made durning the period of Kustoms Heyday and they made the national seen in enough numbers that it would have been law suite timefor sure!

BC do you know when your amp was made?
If you ever have the time to open it up again and read the manufactrue date off of the filter caps, or the pots I would love to know when it was born.

I must say that speaker cabinet depth wise it look to be sized like a Plush cabinet.

Steve, I really have no idea when it was made. Mine is certainly not the prettiest girl at the dance. I will try to look at it in the next few days for more details. BC Cool

We've discussed this amp before and based upon location I'd guess it's the very same amp.

In 2007 someone from Atlanta described this amp and asked for any info. Nobody was able to help him. Search the word Rebel to find the original discussion. I guess they were made in Clearwater Florida.

I think that they look pretty cool, with the wave shapes in the covering.
