I need an IC (prefer 2) that is Kustom Part # 007-7015-00. I have a Kustom 300 and this IC is blown, which kills the reverb circuit. The IC is an SL14228, 14 pin dual op-amp. Anyone know a source for this part? Thanks in advance! GDubb

Crap, Mouser doesn't have them. Try this address: http://www.summitelectronics.com/search.html or http://www.findchips.com/cgi-bin/nph-findchips.cgi or http://www.brookdale.com/

Use an NTE725 Dual Op Amp IC. Same pin outs with lags.
