need help re-wiring Kustom K200B-2. foot switch jack is missing, & reverb & tremolo were bypassed. on PC303 board, brown wire (reverb) & grey wire (trem) are connected to each other near short blue wire connected to blue wire which goes to amp board. need to re-wire effects into the circuit with or without the foot switch jack. please advise.
thanks,
dinsdale

The K200 models only need a foot switch to remotly turn off the effects once on, the tan and gray wires should never be tied together so I can not say if any harm has beed done to the two effects circuits.
To reinstall a foot switch jack on the amp you will need a stereo TRS ( tip, ring sleve)phone jack.

The tan wire will go to the lug that will make the connection with the tip of the 1/4" TRS foot switch plug.

The gray wire will go to the lug that makes the connection to the sleve of the 1/4" foot switch plug.

If you need a phone jack for the amp, a Mouser electronics part number 502-12B switchcraft phone jack is what the amp originally had from the fectory.

thanks. disconnecting the brown & gray wires bring the effects back. however, isn't the sleeve ground? shouldn't the other wire be connected to the ring (right channel for stereo plugs)?
thanks again,
dinsdale

Yes, sorry. The gray wire goes to the ring connection lug.
