I think the actual model of the head would be important. K250-1, K250-2 or K250-4 are the model numbers. Three basic heads, difference would be, one would have no effects, the second would have reverb and vibrato, and the third model would have reverb, vibrato, fuzz, and wah wah. If the head has effects, do you have the proper footswitches and wah pedal for it? Covers?
Kustom offered the amp it two choices of black, the dull normal black that kustom used from the beginning and the shiny wet look KOOL black.
Prices will vary depending on which model head you have and the exact black material.

THERE IS NO MODEL NUMBER STAMPED ON THE PLATE, BUT
IT HAS REVERB, AND VIBRATO, ALSO TREMOLO. NO COVERS OR
PEDALS. COVERING LOOKS LIKE NORMAL STYLE TO ME.
