The number 38736 transistor is a house numbered RCA40409, which has been out of production for probably 20 years. They turn up on eBay once in a while or may be available from the vintage online dealers.
The number 36892 is the standard Kustom output transistor, which is a selected 2N3055.
The 40409 can be replaced by a number of different transistors. I've sometimes mounted a new transistor in the original heatsink to keep the look correct, but I have also just used TO-220 cased transistors as well. You just need a medium power, medium gain, NPN transistor rated at 80 volts or more.
The output can be replaced with a standard 2N3055 or one of the many MJ15XXX series transistors. I would suggest replacing all of the outputs that are on the same side, if there are more than one in parallel.
