Yes the K25 has a noticeable greater level of 60 HZ hum due to the design of its circuit board.
It's especially prevalent as you turn up the reverb.
Note however that it can be modded to get rid of the issue.

That I don't know for sure, but if they both have a 12" speaker then I would say that the cabinets would likley be the same size.
