Hi
Im thinking of selling my Kustom Charger in silver.

I dont know much about these amps but everything I have googled only brings up sites in the US were they not very popular in the UK.

A silver Charger in average shape would sell for somewhere between $200 and $350 USD.
To get $350 USD or higher, it would need to play loud and clear with no issues, tuck and roll in very good condition - no large tears, no discoloration (silver is one of the colors that is prone to discoloration). It would need for all controls to work well and the speaker preferably to be original or replaced with an upgrade such as JBL or Altec. The handles and casters would need to be in good shape. The faceplate should look good.
Please post a picture and we can give you a better idea.
I sold a blue Charger for $219 USD a few years back - it worked fine, was in average shape and had a JBL speaker.
SN 90818 would have been produced approx Sept 1972.
I do not know if Kustoms were sold in the UK - does the electrical connector appear to have been done at the factory?
Is the color white with silver sparkles, or is is charcoal (darker)?

Hi,
The color is charcoal.
The faceplate could be re-painted but it might be hard to match the existing finish of the black paint. Actually it might be easier to replace the faceplate, non-working amp chassis are sometimes available on ebay.
The speaker appears to have a 4 inch voice coil cover - is the cover paper or aluminum? - it is hard to tell from the picture. If you take the back off, you can find out the brand of the speaker.
