update on my amp....got all four channels working. 16 transistors, 2 10-k pots, 1 1829 bulb, blue jewel, 2-1/4 inch jacks, 2 feet of 18 awg wire, a lot of cleaning, and resoldering wires.and it shines. and sounds awsome.i checked the reverb tank, input is 180 ohms. but output showed a dead short. so will replace the reverb tank from aes.will keep you posted. thanks to all for your help and support.....jerry watkins.

Thats great news! Glad to here you stuck with it and got it all worked out.
Are you sure that reverb pans output is shorted?
In all my years of trouble shootong amps I have never come across one shorted, I would take a close look at the pan mounted RCA jack solder tangs and make sure that they are not touching.
