Hello. As some of you may know already, if you have saw my other post in here about chrome port finishes, I have a 2x15 Jensen cab that was in a smokey environment. In addition to the ports being yellowed a little, the grille has turned a little brownish in some areas. The same problems are on my friend's 2x15 bass cabs, but a little worse. The brown seemed to make a ring around where the speaker is in the grille and along the edges. Is it possible to clean this without disassembling the cabinet (i wouldn't mind taking off the ports or the logo to do it though)? Is it just fading (though i doubt it since my friend's cab's were stored in a basement for years)? Thanks!
