Can anyone tell me about what this might be worth?
Can either the tape out jack or the to monitor jack be used for headphones?

Hi.
sorry but neitheir of those outputs has enough current drive to power headphones well, you can try the monitor jack as that will atleast have the highest voltage output.
If you want to use just headphones and no speaker(s) you can make up a resistor network that will let you use a headphone in the speaker out jsck.
If you care to know how to make this, just respond back to my posting here.
