Ok. So, I bought 2 Kustom 300 heads for $125. One works. One assumed not. The power cord was cut on the non-working one. I planned on rewiring it and expecting a fuse to blow or an explosion to occur. As it turns out, I rewired a cord, and it works...sort of. Input 1 and 2 work. 3-6 do not. Where do I start? Also, is the polarity switch a big deal? There is a white connecter that doesn't seem to want to fit down in the switch, but I can't get my fat fingers in there without unplugging the board. I can't tell if it is broken or just apart. I didn't have much time to test after the rewire tonight, I was just happy it was somewhat working.
I'm here to kick ass and chew bubblegum, and I'm all out of bubblegum.

All 6 of the input boards are exactly the same, so you could make comparison voltage readings from the working boards to the non-working ones.
I don't understand what you are describing about the switch.

On the polarity switch is this white piece with 3 tabs at the end that is supposed to fit down into the black piece. There seems to be a bulb in the white piece. The two pieces don't want to stay together and the button doesn't "click" like it should. I will take a pic of it tomorrow.

Oh, so the switch has broken. The usual break is where the threaded mounting bushing meets the main switch body. Are all of the sections there? The power switch is exactly the same, so you can compare the two.
I remove the mounting bracket from the front panel and remove all of the switch parts and try to fit them all together. If all of the parts are there, I glue the bushing back onto the switch body with some Plastic Weld hobby cement.
Once the bushing is dry, I re-assemble the rest of the parts and make sure that switch is working again. Then I will re-mount the switch onto the mounting bracket. The next thing to do is to use two cable ties to hold the entire switch body to the mounting bracket, one on each side of the original mounting bushing.
Then re-mount the bracket to the front panel.

Yes, Chicagobill, I believe that is what happened. I thought the white piece snapped into the main switch. It must have broken. It looks like it is a clean break and everything is there.
