Pricing Kustom 50 Amp [message #2102] Mon, 04 November 2002 16:00 Go to next message

I'm looking to sell a vintage black Kustom amp and don't know what I can get it for it. It's a Kustom 50 with a tuck-and-roll exterior and one 12'' speaker, solid state. Reverb, vibrato, foot switch input. Anybody know what I should get for this?

tell us more.... Has it been serviced, any electronic problems? What condition is the tuck and roll in? Every chip, gouge, slit, etc makes it worth less.

Deb's right...a couple dings n tears in the tuck n roll can take a kustom from vintage kollectable to vintage player to just plain ragged and nobody wants it...its a shame but an old ragged Fender amp somehow is like a good pair of blue jeans...it still looks good as a player..has a certain character about it...but our beloved tuck n roll is a different story...its a sad sight to see one ragged out....
