I came across a driver that I can't determine what it would be used for. I'm wondering if any of you bright intelegent people can help me out.

I know it's an 8 ohm Eminence 15" driver but beyond that, I don't know its wattage or if it's a bass or guitar speaker.

The tag on the magnet has the following numbers on it.
In large type on the left is: E-M15PA
On the right of the tag, in smaller characters is 151034 8 ohm.
Underneath that is 67-97030064 G1
There's no label on the large black circular magnet on the back of the driver and I don't find any markings on the cone itself. Althogh I don't think it matters but it has the word "Eminence" under the crown logo on the dust cover.

I'd appreciate anyone's input as to the specifics of this driver.

Hi, well its a PA driver so it probibly goes down to 40hz like most of their 15s do as a minimum, so it should be good for bass.
If you E-mail them with the info you listed they can tell you just what you request, I have a old 70s 15 incher made by them and they where able to help out with the needed facts.
