Hi, That jack is to feed the line output of your 250s power output stage to another power output stage in another kustom speaker cabinet.
These rigs where called a model 500,in fact you buy any number of additional powered cabinets if you cared to, and if you look in the literature section on this site you can read and view them.
You could also power any other power amp with this output.
The k250-4 model outputs about 108 watts RMS into a 4 ohm load, with 169 peak watts.
Into a 8 ohm load it will output 85 watts RMS.

Weclome to the board Frans.

Yes you can use more then one cabinet as long as the total load stays around 3-4 ohms. Anything less, and you may overheat the power amp. I believe that your amp has 2 speaker jacks on the back.

As for the "Module" output, this is a low level signal and not a speaker output. It is for driving the input of a power amp. Back in the 70's Kustom made speaker cabinets with built in power amps that could be added to your system to increase the total power/watts of output. This way you could control 2, 3 or 10, 100watt amps from one control panel (head).

Again, welcome!

Hello Chicagobill,
Thanks for the warm welcome at this great site for this underestimated brand.
Your name sounds great for us dutchman. My son (22) and I (52), we have a band called Screaming Billy And His Howling Hotdogs and playing almost only CCR covers. My son on his Kustom 250 Bass with 3-15 !!! cabinet and i'm playing solo on my Kustom K250-4 2x15. Tommorrow i'm going to buy another K250-4 as spare amp. By the way, i'm not such a techician but we also have a Fender Supersonic stack with a 4x12 cabinet 8 ohm. Can i use both cabinets, the kustom and Fender on the Kustom 250-4 ?

So does that make you a "Howling Hotdog?

As for your speaker question, we need to know how your 2-15 cabinet is wired. Do you have access to an ohmmeter? If you do, read the dc resistance of the speaker cabinet. It could be somewhere around 16 ohms or 8 ohms or 4 ohms.

Let us know.

Some added detail for you when you check the cabinets.
A 16 ohm cabinet will test out above 8 ohms but less than 16 ohms.
A 8 ohm cabinet will test under 8 ohms, but over 4 ohms, and 4 ohms, I think you get the pattern.
If your 2-15" cab has the original speakers it will be a 4 or 8 ohm cabinet.
If its 8 ohms you are set, all you have to do is Y the Kustom and the Fender cabinet together, in fact I think the Fender cab as two jacks so you can just plug the head into the fender cab first, and then run another speaker cable to the 2-15" cab.
This will be a 4 ohm load and the 250 head will output its full wattage witha 3 to 4 ohm load.

If the 2-15" kustom cab turns out to be 4 ohm, you can still use the Fender and the Kustom cabinet, but you will have to make up a cable to run them in serise not in parallel like I discribed before.
With this wiring the 4 ohm (Kustom cabinet) will be getting twice the wattage as the fender due its its lower resistance, and as such may seem a little louder than the Fender, but since the Fender has 2 more speakers I will guess that with its added spl level they will both seem to be just as loud as each other.

With the serise wiring the Kustom will only be able to output about 80 watts RMS, not its 100 or more watts, but the added 4 speakers will well more than make up for it!
