well I finally get to catch up with my kustom twin brother BC again...haven't seen him since the last time I was in Nash...going to pick up my little pa columns and BC's been kind enough to meet me there now that he's had to store them for the past 6 months! course with all the tuck n roll in his basement he probably never even noticed they were there...I'm tempted to make the drive all the way to his house just to see one of the largest collections in the group..and some neat rigs fer sure... I still dig the big royal look of Brad's twin 2x15 gold 200 rig..man is that a nice look!..anyway..we'll get some pics of me huggin his neck, and we'll talk about ya'll over lunch. We used to scare each other when we first met on the net and compared notes on our likes, habits, etc...finally figured out that we were a test tube experiment seperated at birth...ennnywaaay...expect the ground to quake in Music City this weekend as the brothers Tuck and Roll hit town

Looking forward to it myself! The columns fit nicely in the back of the Honda....tried them yesterday. The collection is split at this time due to playing the stuff. I have some in the basement...some in the garage, the dining room, the hearse, the place we rehearse, a head or two at Foxy's house and one of the trucks. On to Nashville!BC

Made it back from Nashville! Great visit..as always not long enough. ET has photo proof of the exchange including shots with his RED Kustom guitar and my black bass. My bass has to be more valuable...because some guy named Ross has written his name on the guitar! BC

oh boy! oh boy! and a huge thank you to BC!.. I owe you buddy..and look forward to the chance to return the favor. time was all too short..but I had the family in tow and owed them a weekend mountain tourist run...did the caves, lost sea (a 4 acre lake under the mountain, etc...cool), and the whole time I was driving, I kept looking back in my rear view mirror at the bit of tuck n roll in the back of the van...sweet! thanks Don too for a clean rig.. I'm very pleased with the condition.. I'd rate it darn close to a 9...and thanks to BC throwing in some covers, they'll stay that way. haven't plugged the amp up yet as we got in quite late last night...but I'm anxious to see what a little 150 slant PA actually sounds like...might have to alter my plexi face stance now that I"m the proud owner of slant rig..can you believe all these years and I'm only now into a slant...course I lean to one side and limp when I walk too..but that's just old age..! I was cranked last night looking at the columns sitting there in my living room.. I hadn't seen these tall, 4x10 slot backs in person since I was 14 years old in NEw Jersey...been a long time comin home...but they're here now.and tonight they'll get introduced to a whole family of tuck n roll...can't wait to see the look on their logo plates when they get introduced to the rest of my gang! (I know I've got it bad)...thank you Brad...you da man!! ET

oh , and I forgot to mention...nice bass!! I hadn't realized but that's the second time I've held that puppy ..the first time was a year and a half ago when I stopped over in LA and Terry took me to his house to show me all his great gear...several guitars...lost track of them all...but one was the black bass that BC now holds. Its neat to see the mulitple lives of these old kustoms...they sure do get around! but you can bet, my lil red geetar has found its permanent home...well..eventually it'll move on with my youngest, now 15, MEgan, who so reverantly plays on it from time to time..there's no telling I guess where the guitar will be in another 30 years...but I think it'll be well loved, and playing through a kustom amp...loud!

missed one.. BC was good enough to remind me that the infamous JC was also a hand in the transport of my new babies...man what a team!! Gotta say after a good scrubbing and some 303 (like armour all) and grill cloth foaming...boy do these guys look good! really hated having to load them into the trailer last night, but no room in the house right now for any amps...still the look on the little logos of those columns when I opened the trailer and they saw all their family waiting for them.....just wait til I get em on stage mixed into my PA...oh yeah...Igot it bad! anyway..thanks so much John for your help you guys are da bestest! ET
