I recently made a purchase of a Kustom 100 B-5 along with 2 Kustom cabinets with the slight tilt-back shape. Each cabinet has 2-12 inch Jensen C-12N (special design). I believe this model dates back to 68. It is my understanding that each speaker is rated at 100 watts at 8ohms. This according to the Jensen speaker website. Does someone have information on 1) what ohms these cabinets were designed to work. 2) Are they wired in parallel or series. 3) Is the Kustom 100 B-5 amp compatible (ohm -wise) to work with these 2-12 Jensen speaker cabinets or am I better off using a K200 B-5 amp. 4) Lastly, any opinions on using these amps and cabinets as PA system.
Thanks very much for any advice and suggestions...

You are on the right track.....they should be 16 ohm speakers wired parallel for 8 ohms. I am taking a guess that these Jensens may have the square magnets on them. If they are, they make excellent guitar cabinets. I have not heard them for PA use....but I have heard of another PA with this cabinet configuration....even though I have not seen it in a catalog listing. (just means I have not seen it...not that it doesn't exist) There are lots of uses for the 100 PA head....Keyboard, bass, guitar, and even PA. The over all 4 ohm load should be fine. Congrats and welcome to the Kustom family!
I have noticed that the 150 series cabinets (which are not slanted) are often 6 ohm as they used 12 ohm speakers BC
