Is a 4 channel K200 A series PA T&R case the same size as a K200 A-1 case and is the control spacing the same for both amps? Will a PA pre-amp and power PC board fit the hole spacing on the A-1?

Yes, all A series will fit the same head case and the spacing on all pre amp boards will fit any of the A series amps.
Kustom only manufactured one power amp for all the different models, A1 A2 A3 A4 and A5. If you owned a K200A-1 amp. The front panel has all 16 control holes punched into the front of the chassis and are equally spaced. The only difference is the black front control panel as to which model it was.
The A series and the B series the cases are different in depth and the A series uses 5 bolts to hold the chassis and has spacer blocks in the bottom inside of the head case.
