Does anyone know where I can get a power transformer for a Kustom K300 OR does anyone know a model number for that transformer?

Hi.
Well I have one that I may part with, I just have to put some thought into it, but mean while your only other possible hope will be a new Toroid type.
Avel-Linburg in Ct makes one that will do the job and it's part number Y236902.
It sells for $118.00 before shipping .

This is a modern doughnut style that you need to mount by drilling a hole in the rear wall of the amp.

Are you sure the PT is bad and it's not just shorted diodes , or even a shorted choke which the amp has?

I mean PTs in these amp are quite hardy!

I'm not sure. I took it to an amp repair shop and the gentleman said, the transformer was bad. I'm the worst with electronics like this.

I'm not sure. I took it to a highly recommended amp repairshop and the gentleman told me it was the PT. I know very little about amps. I don't know where to start looking.
