Found a listing for a VI mixing board. Can this be used with the K-150 or K-300 PA heads? What's it worth.....price is open. Don't know anything about it but it does look pretty cool. Thanks.

If either of the power amps don't work you could easily spend 50 to 100.00 to get it running.
Kustom in 1974 re vamped their larger PA's. They went to a power amp that housed an electronic crossover, 500HZ, 800HZ and 1000HZ cross over point. Any tone below the crossover point you set, (I used the crossover point the horn driver suggested) The lower tones would be sent to a larger power amp that would be wired to low or woofer cabinet. any tone higher than the crossover point selected, is routed to the smaller horn amplifier, and any tones higher than the crossover point was sent to the mid horns or tweeters.
Kustom was the first to promote Bi-Amping. The concept is if a power amp distorts and the amp is driving both woofer and horn, you hear distortion in both horn and woofer. Dividing the low tones from the high tone, before the power amps, if a bass note is distorting the low freq. amp the horn amp remains clear and the over all sound is much better.
The mixer your looking at has two amplifiers in the unit. It has a fixed crossover point of 1000HZ. So you will need 4 speaker cables, two for horn cabinets and two for the woofer cabinets.
Using this mixer/power amp for DJ'ing it would pretty light on power.

So is there any way that you could just bypass both of those amps and connect the K-150 head to run the horns and the K-300 to run the mains and still be able to use the equalizer on this thing? My horns already have crossovers and L-pads on each cabinet and are 8 ohms each. All my other cabinets are switchable from 8 to 5.33 ohms depending on speaker selection.

Just leave the power amps unhooked and use the line output to your K150 and K300 PA amps.
The power amps inside the VI Mixer are the same power amp as your K150 and the bass amp is the same as the K250.
