You may need to try at a music store that carries cables and adapters.
If they don't have a 1/4" female to 1/4" male cable, you could see if they have a 1/4" female to 1/4" female adapter. Then you could use a normal male to male speaker cable.
If you have basic soldering skills, you could make one of your own.

I have seen guys use short pieces of rack rail mounted on the inside and mount a power conditioner and tuner in the hole. This makes it a useful thing. If not that, take a piece of expanded metal (you know it looks like diamond have been cut out of it) and cut to fit and use a few short screw with washer to install. You can always add a small dim light behind it to make it give off any color of ambiance that you want too.

Those are really good ideas! I thought about the tuner, but having "useful things" goes against the band's aesthetic. It's like a shitty-dude beer metal thing along the lines of Witch or Red Fang. The expanded metal would be really cool. Or maybe if I could fit a cooler in there, or a swing-out cup holder?
Seriously, possibilities are endless.
