While not a perfect replacement for the "through-the-board" potentiometers found on Kustom amp boards, the "long-shaft" potentiometers made by CTS and others for thick top guitars like Les Pauls probably would work. They have a 3/4" long threaded shaft.
I have seen both solid and knurled shafts on these.
What you would do is mount the pot to the board, then use heavy gauge wire to connect the pot to the board - I use 12 gauge Romex copper - good and solid.
Since 500K, 100K, and 10K are standard values, both Linear and Audio tapers, that should be found fairly easily. The 15K volume will most likely be a problem since it is not a usual value, especially for an audio taper.
this is a little easier than rebuilding the pots
