Guy on ebay has a lot of 7 handles for bids. Unfortunately, the plastic inserts are to be in pretty rough shape, but the handles themselves look decent.

In case anyone here is interested, here's the link:

I got tired of the flimsy original handles, and installed these. I know, they are not original, but hey - I use this cabinet !

If you put the new style ones on they will last and are really nice. I use them to haul around my Altec filled 3x15 siren cabs that I use for PA mains. They hold up very well. If I had a cab that wasn't in great shape and was going to use the heck outta it, i wouldn't be afraid to put what you got on them, but I try to keep all of my stuff original as most of it is nice to very nice, so I try to keep it original.

I agree with what you say, but when I started using this cab, availability of handles was nill. I personally think that these handles look good on there, and they work great - no need to "baby" them. My cabinet is modded anyway - 3x12 converted to 2x12 + 2x10. My cabinet is "near perfect" otherwise.
