Several months back I purchased a 4-10 combo on which a previous owner had installed wheels; I preferred to return it to glides but had no source. The best match I found was a set of chrome glides prom Peavey. The glides are sold in a set of 4. They are packaged with a black rubber cushion in the glide and the cushion is about twice as thick as the glide therefore protrudes from the top. I simply excluded the cushion to get a more original look (it is not secured in the chrome glide). The chrome glide appears to be the same diameter but perhaps just slightly less in height than the original Kustom. Another alternative that is widely available and equally functional is the "nail-in" chrome/rubber glides used on furniture and available at most hardware stores. While it definitely gets the job done it was a bit less original in appearance than the Peavey solution for my combo project. Let me know if you have located other replacements.
