Just got this off eBay, Kustom Studio 6-valve:

new amp

Question: is it possible to determine when my amp was made from the serial number?

Sounds great! Loud as all get out.

I have the Kustom dating from about 1965 to 1978 (SN 192xxx)

The Kustom Studio series came a little later - about 1980 (approx SN 228xxx to 245xxx)
