I think the new Antique Electronics Supply catalog now offers original manuals for the Kustom B series amps. Their web site is: tubesandmore.com

I just got there new cat over the weekend, and I saw no such thing, only old stock (90s) kustom knobs and some transistors!

Page 118 of the 2007-2008 Cat. Says you have to call for specific model. $12 ea.

I do not think they carry anything from the original Kustom electronics company1! but hey its worth a phone call I guess.
