We need more detail!
There's a number of ways you can run two amps at the same time, but running them both at the same time into one speaker or one speaker cabinet is not one of those many ways if thats what you where considering doing.

This leads me to need to ask what your thinking about doing with 2 amps.

I do this........ I have two of them, and play a Rickenbacker 4001 in stereo through them. Watch for ground loops hooking 2 to one guitar. I make a device to solve ground loop hum though.
Because 6 15" Speakers are barely enough.
