I saw BC doing this and it works great! I have a scruffy blue 150 4 X 10. I went to Hobby Lobby and got a bottle of "Scribbles 3-D Paint" in "glittering saphire" very good match for the blue - good fill in for the cigarette burns and tears. Oh, and the stuff was 99 cents.

Wish I could take credit for the idea....but I got it from JC...and I think he learned it from the Mrs....If I am right, we better chalk this one up to the girls! Credit where credit is due! Truth is that it does make a decent repair....not for the "museum piece" but it has really dressed up my players. BC!
