There is only 40-45 volts on each cap, so there is little chance that there will be any charge left after a few days. In fact the charge will be gone in just a few seconds, as the circuitry will drain it off as the amp powers down.
If you want to check, use your voltmeter and read the voltage across the two terminals of each cap. It will probably be no more than a few volts.
The only things that I will warn you about are polarity and size. Will these new caps fit right in the original clamps? Are they short enough to fit under the reverb tank?
When you replace them make sure to watch the polarity markings and replace each one correctly: Positive to Positive and Negative to Negative. If you should install one backwards, it may explode on you. Not a good thing.
