Hello, and wellcome.I have the same amp but the earlyer K100 model. When I got mine it also had one blown speaker. These amps want to see a 6 to 8 ohm load, so with the remaining good speakers you could wire 2 in serise and then place the 3rd in parallel for a 5.3 ohm load and the amp will be ok, but here are some suggestions. These amps sound darn nice and if you are going to play out with it you might consider getting 4 new speakers and packing the orignals away. Those orignal CTS speakers are the same models excecpt for the aluminum voice coil cover that came in alot of fender super reverb amps. These vintage alinco magnet 10 inchers are going for any where from 100 to 150 dollars each. These speakers where blown rather easly with the 100 watt head no less your 150 watt head, also all these vintage speakers where put together with animal glue so its just a matter of time and conditions for the voice coil to drop off the cone even if it does not blow out. Also you might want to replace all the orignal knobs with radio shack ones, so you can save the originals.I`ve had all too many times lost my orignal aluminum center incert of a knob at a gig when if fell off. I would get the orignal speaker reconed, but first heat up the edge of the cone and voice coil cover witha hair dryer untill you can peel off the aluminum cover. You can then send it out with the speaker for repair. speaker reconers can not supply a oringinal type cover, so sending them your already removed will let them use it on the new cone assy.
