ya know those old filter caps in those kustoms are known to hold their charge for months...even years...I'm thinking...if yer real quick..you can get at least a chord or two out of the amp when you first turn it on before the charge drains from the caps...then if you have like 30 other kustom amps in your collection, you can play a round of 12 bar blues one amp at a time....I mean, its worth a try..if you can't finish the song then tell your wife you need more kustoms!! makes sense..
seriously hope the whole power mess gets cleared up for you quickly..thoughts n prayers are with our yankee bros...I'm an old buckeye myself...ET

Ok.. call me confused..but the way I figure..the kustom was still the right answer.. I mean, it has a nice purple light that fills the room, and if you turn it up loud enough, you'll get those speakers really pumping and that 'll move plenty of air.. I always wore out the back of my pants legs standing in front of my bass rigs on stage with the constant puffing coming out of those little chrome ports..life is good...Kustoms are the answer!! Play Loud ET
