If it's a flat plate type or a round type they just should be screwed to the baffle
If it's a flat plate type sometimes you need to look real close for the hold down screws as the are black and blend in real well!

There is two screws on top and bottom... seems the grill goes inside the wood.. there is a link to the speaker... apparently can not post a link until i post ten messages... search "Kustom KPC215H 2x15" PA Speaker Cabinet with Horn"

I do not know that any of us here have any experience with these non vintage currently made models so I would suggest you contact Kustoms support dept and I would guess they can help you out!
