Hi.
The bulb you need is a GE 1829.

If you need the bulb holder and jewel they are both available from antique electronics.

The jewel is part number P-L121.

The bulb holder is P-L124.

Be careful when you get the amp working because that 5 watt box type resistor gets really hot fast!
