I'm a fan of A&E's "Biography". They did a piece on the Osmond family, with special attention given to Donny and Marie.
They showed some footage of the Osmonds on stage in what I'm guessing was '71-'72. The Kustoms on that stage were awesome and numerous! Mostly plexi-faced but I definitely saw one slant-face on the left side of the TV screen (stage-right?)
And these weren't little combo's either. How you could spend a couple hours on that stage and not have your ears ring is beyond me.
But it still was a visual treat.

I don't know if it's the same footage or not, but I have a DVD titled simply "The Osmonds", with "The Best of Musikladen" in the upper-right corner. It seems to be footage from one concert, in which Donny and the boys perform decked out in flashy white outfits, in front of a huge backline of black Kustom plexi gear(Can't remember if there were any slant-faces or not). Strangely, though, they also had an entire band positioned behind the Kustom gear, which accompanied them for several numbers where they all just sang. The box says it was originally broadcast in 1972. I think they're not too uncommon on eBay, which is where this one came from.

As I was changing channels I saw a shot of the Kustoms. Looked like two 400 heads stacked and some 2x15 cabinets. I have seen another shot before and there were some metal faced amps there too.....BC
