I have a Kustom VIII Mixer. It has 8 channels. Im wondering if anyone know how much I can sell i for? I would also be happy if someone could tell me a bit more about the desk. like production year etc. Thanks!

Hi. Kustoms that use the roman numerals as model numbers, came about in 1973 when the baldwin organ company became the controling interest in Kustom. They did away with the tuck and roll covering and produced new models. I belive you mixer was made over a three year span, so anywhere from 73 to 76. As far as price, since it is not a vintage, a motivated buyer might pay as high as 300 for it, but I think that may be pushing it.

what is it that make the kustom VIII mixer so good? why should I use that instead of any of the small newer mixers like behringer mx802a?
