OK, so the Fogerty amp turned out to actually be the Fogerty amp and it sold on eBay for $5000+. Well, color me strange, but if I had $5000+ I could just blow on gear, I think I'd spend it on something different. So, here's my dream list:
Vox Super Beatle, complete with stand, footswitch, etc.
Kustom A-1495 organ, in white
Fender Super Reverb amp
Kustom K200A-5 head, in black, to match my two 2-15 + 15" horn cabs
Guild S-100 guitar, preferably in white, definitely not in starburst
OK, that's my list. Anyone else care to dream for a bit?

Well, in my teenage years (mid to late 60's, I had a Vox Buckingham. Same layout as a Super Beatle, just not as much power. I also had a Guild Starfire to run into that Buckingham, so I've had a good semi-hollowbody before. I sold the Guild, bought a Fender Telecaster in '72 (it was a 69 model) and kept it for 34 years. I finally sold it, bought a Gretsch DuoJet. I loved the sound from it, but hated the neck on it. I kept it a couple years and sold it and found a sleeper semi-hollowbody. It's a Washburn HB-35, 335 style guitar. I picked it up for about $250 and like it as much as I liked the Guild. The Starfire was much lighter weight than the Gibson 335's and the Washburn is, too. I changed the original pickups out on the Washburn and am happy as could be with the Washburn.
I don't have much in it, so I'm not afraid to take it to a gig. I get the sounds I like out of the Washburn and the neck reminds me of the Starfire. It's a much better built instrument than the Ibanez Artcore or the Epiphone semi-hollowbodies, in my opinion.
But I do want to get a good solid-body guitar and the Guild S-100 is what I've found so far that I believe I'd like and it would be a quality instrument. Again, it's lighter than a Gibson SG and of course, it has the Guild neck on it. It also doesn't have a trem arm, which I prefer. The fact that they're all vintage now, or soon to be vintage is just a bonus. I'll probably keep the Washburn the rest of my life and when I find the Guild S-100, I'll keep it, too so that should have me set on instruments.
As far as the Ric is concerned, those are great instruments. But I'd be back to square one with a guitar that I wouldn't want to gig with, so for me it wouldn't work.
For the record, you've got a good eye for vintage, too. Great choices.

Even though I got my K200B-4 and a 2x15 cab, I'd still like to have a K200 on top of a 3x12 cab in cascade, and maybe a red K100 on a 2x12. Then I think I'd need a PA, too, and an organ.
Guitar-wise I am pretty well set: a '68 K200A in red, a '00 Yamaha SGV800 in red sparkle with SGV300 pickups, a new DiPinto Galaxie 4 in orange creme, and a '98 Dano Longorn bass to baritone conversion.
Hmmm... now that I'm thinking about it, I could really use a Phantom Mandoguitar, and a Jerry Jones Shorty Octave 12 String, and a Dano 6/12 doubleneck Sitar guitar, and a Godin Glissentar, and an Epiphone Mandobird, and a Veillette baritone 12 string, and ... and ... and ...

and thinking even further I wish I'd never sold my original '72 Telecaster Custom (first year, black w/maple fb), my '66 ES-335 12 string, or my '75 Travis Bean... or my '67 silverface Bandmaster with 2x12 piggyback cabinet, legs and all...

Man, do I sympathize and empathize with you. I've missed my Guild Starfire ever since I sold it, and missed the '69 Tele even worse after having it for 34 years. I think I'm going to build a Tele as close to my old one as I can get it. And leave it to one of my sons when I go.
I think most of us have one of those "one that got away" stories.

Well, there is hope on these dreams. Growing up, I always wanted a pair of the 2-15/1 15" horn cabinets and a K200B-4. I wanted the JBL version, of course. I now own a pair of the Jensen version. I have a couple K200b-5's. Not the same as a K200B-4, but with pedals, it gets me close and not having a pair of JBL cabs, I don't have anything to compare the Jensens to, so I'm quite content. The rig I have pleases me and always gets a "wow" from other musicians, so I'm good with it.
I recently bought a Korg multi-effects pedal (non-working). As soon as I get it back from the shop, I should be good to go on effects so won't miss the B-4 effects. Maybe I'm just getting too old to get hung up on the details. What I have gets me there and that's truly all that matters.
But if I spot a K100 in red, I'll be sure to let y'all know.

Well, I have mentioned my gear before but here goes again. I have 2 3x15 cascade siren cabinets, 2 red 3x15 siren cabinets, 2 charcoal 4x12 pa columns all with JBL E series speakers, These are heavy beasts. I connect these to QSC PLX 1602 and PLX 3402 amps set up as a 3 way system. These will throw a lot of sound. Then I have 5 K100's in cascade, blue, charcoal, gold and silver. Now you see why I need the red. I also have a K200B1 with a 2x15 in cascade. Just for grins I have a silver K25. My guitars are a 1985 Gibson ES335 with gold hardware and a Bigsby, a 1967 Gibson ES335-12 in sunburst. I bought it new in '67 working as a busboy. In 1973 my wife bought me a Takamine 12 string acoustic and later I bought a Takimine 6 string. Both of these have the original Martin style headstock and both play like a dream. I also have a Washburn Rover travel guitar. I travel quite a bit so it is a great companion. For the price it is very nice. Check them out. For $150 you can't go wrong. I am considering selling my soul to the devil and buying a Fender Strat Deluxe. That one is one the fast track. However, if that red K100 shows up, at any price, the Fender waits.

OK, I'm officially envious of your Ric ownership. Great guitars. I have an Alvarez 6 string also from about the same era, could be the same model as yours. My Alvarez is a model 5043. It has a lot of road rash on it. I bought the thing to have something to play when I went to my boat in Galveston. I finally got around to adding a Fishman pickup to it. The sound is great on it. As far as the looks, I just tell folks I'm trying to catch up with Willie Nelson, but he had a head start.
