Of the two capacitors that are in the amp I had the one on the left replaced a handfull of years ago. Now its making the same sound it made when the one went. The one I had replaced has CG452U50D1: 4,500uF 50V Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitor (Screw Terminals) as a part number.

Is it the same part number for both capacitors or is it two different ones? Any help would allow me to sleep at night.

Yes, the two large caps are the same part number.
