I am new to the forum. I had an early 70's 500 Bass Amp w (2) reverse facing speakers. The second speaker had a "Power Module" in it. I thought the speakers were 18" but have found a price sheet showing Kustom 6-15B.1 only.

I was wondering if anyone has any info on this system? It was the best bass amp I ever used, however it was extremely heavy.

My personal email is brewbaker.bob@gmail.com or you can use my bassplayer75@comcast.net. I have a pic I took years ago. FYI... I contacted Kustom Customer Service and they explained they purchased the old Kansas Kustom back in the 90s and referred me to this forum for possible info.

Thanks for any help.

It's clearly shown ( at least picture wise ) in this site's literature section that what's called the 500 series model 6-15B-1 is comprised of two 3 -15 front loaded cabinets fitted with the base line CTS driver's.

The 500 model 2-18B-1 is the rear loaded , one 18" each ( folded horn type ) bass cabinet.
