Hey guys and Deb, Happy New Year!
Let's hope we all have a happy and healthy one.

Got the Jimi plays Monterey video for Christmas, and it includes a few seconds of the Greatful Dead set. What a surprise to see Phil Lesh playing through 2 K-200 Frank heads on top of a Sunn bottom!

Best to all of you out there,
Bill

Even though I am not a fan of their music or sound, I must say they sure tryed out alot of gear on their own. I do not recall them going for alot of indursements, infact mabe they traded drugs for gear, or the hells angels stole it for them to trade for drugs.

Steve,
I think you hit on something here.
Kustoms are pretty fun when you are not on drugs, so imagine how good they would look if you were on drugs.

Now I’m wondering how many musicians in the 60’s walked in the music store high on something, and left with Kustom gear.

ummm...60s?...did we already do the 60s? man!... and I was planning on having some fun then....

that kustom on Sunn stuff...he's following in Stu's ol footsteps (CCR) .. course when I talked with him last year on our run to the airport..he barely remembered much about it...says he still has it all sitting in a storage warehouse..ouch!
but my amp tech is a huge Sunn fan..and between him and my kustoms...we are quite dangerous...
